How to Remove my Account and Data from Sourceful Energy

We take your privacy seriously and make it easy to delete your account and remove associated data.

Data we store

Sourceful Energy stores:

  • The connection between your identifier and your Zap
  • The location you specified for your Zap
  • The key pair created when you registered

Removal process

To remove all data associated with your Zap:

  1. Send an email to support@sourceful.energy
  2. Include your identifier (visible in the app under Manage Account) or your Zap ID
  3. State that you want to remove all data associated with your Zap

Our support team will process your request and confirm once all your data has been removed.

Additional information

  • The key pair created for your account is deleted as part of the process
  • Location data associated with your Zap is permanently deleted
  • The removal is irreversible
