I can't find my device, what do i do?
For Blixt:
Make sure your Blixt is powered by plugging it into a power outlet with the included USB-C cable. To ensure it has the latest software, connect it to your internet router with an Ethernet cable.
For Zap:
Check the lights on your Zap device (data/power)
If your Zap was previously configured, you’ll need to manually reboot it to make it visible again. To do this, hold the button until the blue LED starts blinking rapidly.
How do i know which device is mine?
How do i know which device is mine?
The color of the button indicates the signal strength:
Green = Strongest connection (the device closest to you)
Orange = Medium
Red = Weakest (farthest way)
If there are multiple devices, choose the one with the strongest signal. It is probably yours.
What is a Zap/Blixt ID?
What is a Zap/Blixt ID?
This is your device´s unique ID. It identifies your hardware inside the Sourceful app.
The Zap ID can always be found in the app:
Open Sites and choose the site where your device is located.
Under Connectors, select your device.
Tap About to see details such as the device ID and firmware version.
Do I need to save my Zap/Blixt ID?
Although your device ID is always visible in the Sourceful app, we still recommend saving it as backup.
