Why don’t I see my network?

If your Wi-Fi network doesn’t appear in the list, try the following steps to troubleshoot:

  • Make sure your network is within range.

  • Try restarting your router.

Then, try connecting again.

Some networks may be “hidden” and won’t show automatically - in that case, enter the name manually using “Custom network”

I can’t connect to the network, what do i do?

Double-check the following:

  • You’ve selected the correct network

  • You’ve entered the correct password

Then, try connecting again.

The Zap device is only compatible with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
