How to return your item and request a refund

If you’d like to return an Item and request a refund, please email our support team at [email protected].

Include the following details in your message:

  • Your full name

  • Your order ID

  • The reason for your refund request

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 30 days of placing your order. Please note that the product must be in good condition and comply with our return policy and warranty terms.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day cancellation period from the date of delivery when purchasing online.

During this time, you may cancel your purchase without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.


Warranty Coverage

All Sourceful Zap devices come with a two-year commercial warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with European consumer law (Directive (EU) 2019/771).

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Malfunctions under normal use and installation

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification

  • Damage from accidents, lightning, power surges, or other external factors

  • Defects resulting from unauthorized repair attempts

At Sourceful’s discretion, warranty service may involve repair or replacement.
If neither is possible, a refund may be offered.
