Removing Your Account and Data


This documentation explains how to remove your account and associated data from Sourceful Energy's systems.


Account Types

There are two ways to access Sourceful Energy's services:


  1. Using your own Solana Wallet (e.g., Phantom Wallet)
  2. Using a key pair provided by Sourceful Energy

Data We Store

Sourceful Energy stores:

  • The connection between your Solana wallet address and your Energy Gateway
  • The location you specified for your installed Energy Gateway
  • If applicable, the public/private key pair created for users without a Solana wallet

Removal Process

To remove all data associated with your Energy Gateway from our systems, please:


  1. Send an email to support@sourceful.energy
  2. Include your wallet address or identifier in the email
  3. Specify that you want to remove all data associated with your Energy Gateway

Our support team will process your request and confirm once all your data has been removed from our systems.


Additional Information

  • If you're using your own Solana wallet, removing your data from Sourceful Energy's systems will not affect your wallet or other blockchain activities
  • For users with Sourceful Energy-provided key pairs, the key pair will be deleted as part of the removal process
  • Location data associated with your Energy Gateway will be permanently deleted
  • The removal process is irreversible
